Our Year in Review & Looking Ahead

From our vantage points across African capitals and London, key members of Songhai Advisory’s consultant team gathered early on in the New Year to reflect on the key drivers of our business in 2023 and explore the macro trends which will feature on the agenda of decision-makers in 2024, namely elections, inflationary pressures, insecurity tied to economic constraints, enforceability of land title, civil conflict and movers and shakers in the world of start-ups.

Notwithstanding connectivity issues and perhaps a bit of festive fatigue(!), we pushed through to bring you ‘in-house’ to our first gathering of 2024, which we hope will be the first of more regular discussions on topics with commercial implications on the continent. Please do scroll to the part that may interest you the most - we hope you find it useful. Here’s to a fruitful and prosperous 2024!
